The Great Bridge Rotary Club would like to give you the opportunity to become a sponsor for the 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament, to be held on Tuesday, September 23th at The Cahoon Plantation, Chesapeake, one of Hampton Roads’ finest Golf Courses.

• Format: Four-person Florida Best Ball;
  shotgun start. Up to Three Flights depending
  on number of teams. Mulligans Available
  (Two per player)
• Prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd from each flight;
  Hole-in –one; Closest-to-the-Pin; Longest
  Drive; Door Prizes Galore!
• Registration Deadline: Sept. 9, 2008

Individual Golfer - $125

Entry fee includes 18-holes of golf, practice tange, golf cart, lunch, beverages, Awards Dinner, entry into contests, gifts and prizes.

on-course prime signage, awards ceremony recognition

company name in programs given to each player and
recognition during the awards ceremony.

company name on all golf carts, company name on
